World Waterpark in West Edmonton Mall
Not to overstate the obvious, but we’ve got a huge waterslide park…inside of West Edmonton Mall, which is one of the biggest malls in North America. And a whole lot of other things that shouldn’t be in a mall, like a rollercoaster, an ice rink, a fake European street, and a life-size treasure ship you can host a birthday party on. The Waterpark is pricey, but might actually be worth it when it’s -30C out. If you’re not the waterpark type, just wander around and marvel at the 3,800,000 square-foot mall - the shopping part is entirely optional. Pro tip: visit the in-mall TNT Supermarket for great snacks and bubble tea, then wander over to the ice rink to watch all the skaters and take in the mall vibes.
